Return and Refund Policy

At Zorvianix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with our simple and easy return and refund process.

Returns

  • We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or shipping invoice).

How to Request a Return:

  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

  3. Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return your product.

Please note, items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable or non-refundable:

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of delivery for any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at VanessaJenkins7357@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be in its original condition and packaging for the return to be accepted.
